Brian Johnston

At the age of 25, Brian volunteered overseas for the first time. He travelled to Cameroon where he worked as an IT volunteer. After his placement ended, Brian spent two months living in a small village in Cameroon learning local customs, trades and cuisine.

Brian’s experience ignited a passion for travel, foods and culture. Upon returning to Canada, Brian moved to Quebec to immerse himself in the French language and pursued a diploma in French cuisine.
