Ways we can work together
Corporate Giving
Give directly to a program or project that aligns with your corporate social responsibility goals. Whether you're interested in gender equality and social inclusion, education, environmental sustainability, youth entrepreneurship or maternal health, we have your perfect fit.
Employee Volunteering
We develop tailored placements for your staff that align with their skills and your organizational objectives. Increase employee engagement, retention and leadership through individual or group placements, fully supported by Cuso International staff.
E-volunteering
Your staff can use their skills to assist our overseas partners—all without leaving their desk. This innovative program offers similar benefits to in-country volunteering with the added advantage of fitting into regular working hours.
Partners creating change
Power Corporation of Canada
Cuso International is proud of its partnership with Power Corporation of Canada. With their support, we are directing resources, knowledge and expertise here at home. The Canadian Program, which launched in 2017, helps Indigenous communities address low graduation rates, improve education outcomes and promote truth and reconciliation with non-Indigenous citizens. Northern Distance Learning gives students access to courses and teachers outside their communities. To date, Cuso International has placed 50 volunteers in 12 communities.
Rotary International District 7070
Rotary International District 7070 was instrumental in maximizing the reach of our Midwives Save Lives program. Their $45,000 donation helped fund the purchase of essential birthing equipment for midwives in remote areas of Ethiopia. When coupled with the 14 to 1 funding match made possible by the Government of Canada, the Rotarians contribution represents one of the largest donations to Cuso International’s midwifery program.
