The SHARE Program Welcomes Back Marc Cyrille Kamdem as an E-Vol, Fundraising Expert for Ucoopmakin

Story

retour de Marc Cyrille Kamdem dans le cadre du programme SHARE

We are pleased to announce the return of Marc Cyrille Kamdem within the SHARE program. A former international volunteer in the DRC, Marc Cyrille was initially placed in person with Ucoopmakin, the union of cooperatives in Kinshasa that brings together more than 40,000 members specializing in the production of local food products.

Despite the exceptional circumstances that led to his evacuation in early 2025 due to the unrest in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Marc Cyrille is continuing his commitment as an online volunteer (E-Vol), still working alongside Ucoopmakin.

As an expert in entrepreneurship and fundraising, Marc Cyrille provides essential strategic support to the union of cooperatives. His work focuses on enhancing the organization’s attractiveness by showcasing its strong agricultural production potential and identifying funding opportunities to support its growth. This expertise is all the more valuable as the city of Kinshasa heavily relies on such local initiatives to strengthen food security.

A passionate entrepreneur, Marc Cyrille Kamdem also stands out thanks to his unique background: a former professional football player, he successfully transitioned into supporting organizations with a strong social and economic impact.

Both the SHARE program and Ucoopmakin are delighted to benefit once again from his expertise, even remotely. This renewed collaboration demonstrates the international volunteer program’s ability to adapt to security contexts while continuing to pursue the objective of strengthening local capacities.
