Rhona DelFrari is an accomplished corporate executive, board director and advisor specializing in sustainability, stakeholder engagement, policy and communications.
As Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice-President at Cenovus Energy, Rhona had direct oversight for the development, execution and integration of the organization’s sustainability objectives across business lines, advocating for sound government policy and enhancing the company’s brand and reputation through strong external relationships.
Rhona serves as Senior Board Advisor to Lawcubator, a SaaS-based technology company focused on policy compliance. She assists non-profit boards that advance poverty reduction, support mental wellness and partner on international development projects. Her previous board directorships include: Chair of Immigrant Services Calgary, Board Member and Policy Committee Chair for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, and Board Director and Secretary for Add Your Light Charitable Foundation. She has also served in senior advisory council roles for national think tanks and industry associations.
