Nouria Sawadogo

Nouria Sawadogo is an organizational transformation professional at Deloitte Canada with a strong foundation in economics, management, and behavioural science. She leverages a systems-thinking approach to change management, helping organizations strengthen their structures while empowering their people to thrive.
A former executive of the University of Ottawa Students’ Union, she has led grassroots initiatives and policy advocacy on student empowerment, gender equity, and social justice. Nouria has collaborated with international organizations on the UN Sustainable Development Goals and represented Canadian youth at the 67th Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations.
She co-organized a national Black History Month gala featuring leaders such as the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean and Terrence Floyd. With global experience across five continents and a research background in South America, Nouria brings a cross-cultural lens to community building and inclusive leadership.
