Addressing the challenges of climate change in Cameroon.

Femail farmer showing off her harvestB-ADAPT (Eco-agricultural Business for Adaptation to Changes in Climate) is an integrated project where Cuso International volunteers work with communities to help them address the challenges posed by climate change. The Cuso International project is in collaboration with the African Model Forest Network. Volunteers work alongside community leaders, Cameroonian experts and peer educators to improve agricultural productivity; learn new agriculture techniques including the use of bio-fertilizers; help build small agri-businesses; strengthen marketing; and explore new business opportunities.

B-ADAPT is funded in part by the Canadian government through the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) and by the Canada Fund for African Climate Resilience.
