Cuso International works in developing countries affected by poverty - and also by inequality. We choose nations where strategic volunteering can make an impact, and where we have development partners on the ground. 
In Latin America and the Caribbean, Cuso International collaborates with these local partner organizations to develop a country strategy that guides the work. In Africa and Asia, Cuso works with both alliance partner VSO and local groups to create the plans.

Cuso International recruits for placements in many countries worldwide. However, we are currently focusing our recruitment for volunteer postings in:

- ASIA: Cambodia, Indonesia
- LATIN AMERICA & CARIBBEAN: Jamaica, Peru, Bolivia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Guyana
